Aamal Trading and Distribution has been the exclusive distributor in Qatar of Bridgestone tyres since 1971 and a non-exclusive distributor of Total oil and lubricant products since 1990. Aamal Trading and Distribution is also engaged in the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as well as procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment and operating supplies and equipment for the hospitality industry.
Aamal Trading and Distribution manages its operations through three divisions:
- Automotive: distributes and sells Bridgestone tyres and Total oil and lubricant products.
- Air conditioning: supplies, installs, commissions and maintains air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Procurement: procures furniture, fixtures and equipment and operating supplies and equipment for hotels.

It is one of the leading medical equipment suppliers in Qatar, specialising in the sale of medical equipment, medical and surgical consumables, hospital furniture, spare parts and consumables as well as health care and IT solutions to healthcare facilities, and also provides full-service maintenance contracts to customers. Aamal Medical also offers complete integrated solutions such as hospital information systems, enterprise resource planning solutions for health care, integrated operating theatres and total integrity pharmacy robotic systems.
Aamal Medical works with over 50 medical equipment suppliers from all over the world, and is the exclusive agent for major international well known suppliers such as Karl Storz, Covidien, Alcon and Cardinal Health.
Aamal Medical caters to a wide base of customers in the medical sector including government, semi-government and private sectors and with the development of the healthcare sector. It is expected that market share will increase as more projects are acquired.

Ebn Sina Medical is an ISO Certified branch and the leading pharmaceutical distribution company in Qatar having exclusive distribution agreements with several international pharmaceutical companies. It is active in the importation, distribution, promotion and retailing of pharmaceuticals, appliances and disposables in addition to consumer products.
Ebn Sina Medical provides complete professional services to government departments, retail pharmacies, private clinics, industrial companies and the local market. Alongside this professional knowledge and expertise, Ebn Sina Medical conforms to all Qatar regulatory requirements and has implemented frequently updated quality management systems. Bottega Verde is considered one of the most famous international Italian brands specialising in the creation, production and selling of cosmetics based on active plant principles. Bottega Verde has more than 300 branches in Italy and successfully introduces over 200 new products per year. Bottega Verde entered the Qatari Market in 2007 with its landmark outlet located in City Center Doha shopping mall and another branch was opened in Bahrain at the end of 2008.

Foot Care Centre is considered an important addition to the local market offering several popular therapeutic services. The services and products offered by the Foot Care Centre help to improve the quality of life for many people living in Qatar. In 2009, a branch of Foot Care Centre was opened in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Foot care center is a registered trade mark in Qatar and Bahrain.

Aamal Qatar Holding Company (Bahrain) represents Aamal's first move beyond Qatar expanding into the wider GCC market. It is managed by Ebn Sina Medical. Aamal Qatar Holding Company also owns and operates a Bottega Verde Franchise and a Foot Care Center in Bahrain.
Aamal Qatar Holding is the first step in Ebn Sina Medical's GCC expansion plans, which includes establishing a pharmacy network in other GCC countries.
Aamal Qatar Holding Company currently has three registered companies, Foot Care Centre Bahrain, Bottega Verde Bahrain and Aamal Medical Equipment Company.
