Aamal continues to support entrepreneurship in Qatar by partnering with leading educational institutions and fostering real-world learning. As part of this effort, CEO Mr. Rashid bin Ali Al Mansoori recently served as a judge at the Qatar University Entrepreneurship Competition, engaging directly with students and supporting their entrepreneurial journeys.

As part of its CSR initiatives, Aamal held a blood donation drive in collaboration with the Blood Donor Center at Hamad Medical Corporation, with employees coming together to support the community and make a positive difference.

On Sunday 12 April, Aamal Company's CEO, Mr. Rashid Al Mansoori gave a speech at Al Rayyan International University College. The speech highlighted matters of leadership, innovation and economic opportunities. 

On Thursday the 26th of February, Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. hosted a company suhoor evening for Ramadan 2026, bringing employees together for a warm and lively evening in this holy month.

Aamal Company hosted a sports event at Al Bidda Park to celebrate National Sports Day 2026. The event featured football and table tennis tournaments, giving employees the chance to enjoy friendly competition while highlighting the importance of physical activity for overall wellbeing.
