Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. Disclosure on the resignation of an Independent Board Member

Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. announces the resignation of H.E. Mr. Yosef Al Khater, an Independent Board Member. The member’s resignation is submitted in compliance with the requirements of QFMA decision No. (5) of 2025, which stipulates that the term of an independent director may not exceed two consecutive terms on the Board.
The resignation will take effect following the conclusion of the Company’s General Assembly meeting on April 21, 2026.
