Aamal to Sponsor QFA’s 2012 - 2013 Championships

Chairman of Aamal and President of Qatar Football Association (QFA) Sign the Sponsorship Agreement

Doha, Qatar – 13 October 2012 – H.E. Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Aamal, and H.E. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of Qatar Football Association (QFA) and Qatar Stars League (QSL), have signed, at Aamal’s headquarters,  a partnership agreement by which Aamal will sponsor the National A Team, H.H. Emiri Cup,  Sheikh Jassim Cup, Reserve League, Qatar Futsal League and the H.H. Heir Apparent’s Cup.

H.E. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani thanked Aamal for their sponsorship of QFA’s championships, and their continued support for many sporting events held in Qatar, stressing the importance of entering into sponsorship agreements for Sheikh Jassim Cup, Reserve League and Qatar Futsal League as part of QFA’s marketing strategy.

H.E. also noted that the sponsorship agreement with leading Qatari companies will benefit participating football clubs and the championships organized by QFA which is keen on choosing prestigious sponsors who have contributed greatly to the local community.

“Reaching a sponsorship agreement with Aamal is a landmark achievement and we look forward to fruitful cooperation that will benefit both parties,” H.E. said.
