Aamal’s subsidiary Elsewedy Cables Qatar wins more than QAR 1.2 billion contract with Kahramaa
Doha, Qatar –22January 2023 – Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. (“Aamal”), one of the region’s leading diversified companies, is pleased to announce that Elsewedy Cables Qatar– Owned subsidiary of Senyar Industries Qatar Holding W.L.L.by 73.4%, one of Qatar’s leading industrial groups in which Aamal is a 50% shareholder – has been awarded a 30 month EPC contract by Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (“Kahramaa”). This contract is for the establishment of new underground Extra High Voltage / High Voltage Cables (EHV/HV) in addition to different voltage levels from 132kV, 66kV and modifications of the existing circuits.
