Dividend Distribution
Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. is pleased to announce that its Annual General Assembly Meeting held on Wednesday, April 1st, 2020, has approved the distribution of cash dividends equaling 4% of the nominal value of the Company’s share to the shareholders that held shares at the close of trading, on the date of the Ordinary Annual General Assembly Meeting for the financial year ended on December 31st, 2019, that was held on Wednesday, April 1st, 2020.
Shareholders who have officially provided Qatar Central Securities Depository (QCSD) with their full bank account details and IBAN, their cash dividends will be transferred to their accounts starting from Sunday, April 5th, 2020.
Shareholders who did not provide their bank details to QCSD are kindly requested to collect their cheques during working hours starting from Sunday, April 5th, 2020, from the following address:
