Masref Al Rayyan

In accordance with its continuous plans to further develop its operations & diversify its activities; a Memorandum Of Understanding has been signed between Aamal Company & Masraf Al Rayan on Saturday, 28th of June 2008 to establish a new private shareholding company “C-San Holding” with a paid up capital 10 million Qatari Riyals.

The MoU has been signed by Mr. Tarek El Sayed / Vice Chairman of Aamal Company and by Mr. Adel Mustafawi / Chief Executive Officer of Masraf Al Rayan.

The MoU aims to arrange the framework of the future cooperation between the two parties as the company aims to direct its investments towards various sectors such as the Industrial, Real Estate and Trading sector in the local & international markets.
