Nomination announcement

Aamal Company Q.S.C announces the opening of the nomination to the Board of Directors from Monday 29 March 2010, until 12:00 noon Sunday 11 April 2010.

All interested shareholders, whether they represent themselves or a legal entity, who are interested in nominating themselves can contact Mr. Sameh Abdul Haleem, Board Secretary at his office in Al Gharafa area, at the Majles of Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassin Al Thani to collect the nomination application forms and submit it back during the official working hours from 8:00am - 5:00pm along with the other requested documents before the aforementioned deadline.

Nomination Conditions:

• The candidate should not be less than 21 years old.
• The candidate should not have been convicted in any criminal act or any crime related to the dignity and trusteeship or any crime mentioned in the articles (324) and (325) of this law, unless its consideration is expired.
• The candidate should be holding not less than twenty thousand shares, to guarantee the rights of the company, shareholders and third parties. These shares are not negotiated or mortgaged or attached until the period of membership is expired. It should be ratified in the last fiscal year in which the member started his activities.

Required documents:

• Copy of the ID
• Statement of Shares held by the candidate issued from Qatar Exchange on the same day of the submitting the application
• Copy of Company Registration
